LEGAL SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work into a legal department of an internationally operating industrial group. As part of the Legal Department the ideal candidate will support the Legal Counsel and will be involved in all legal topics.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents and a variety of agreements related to the different business needs. 
  • Manage the legal affairs of the company including corporate law, contracts management, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, compliance D.lgs. 231/2001.
  • Be the primary point of contacts for Sales and Commercial team to support day-to-day operations, also giving legal and business-oriented advice to all the operational personnel.
  • Direct contacts with external partners (lawyers, notary, patent attorneys, advisors).
  • Support the management of company’s Intellectual Property portfolio.
  • Follow-up changes in legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine at Italian and EU level.
  • Manage the credit collection and bankruptcy proceedings.
  • In charge of the litigation and pre-litigation cases: commercial law, competition law etc.

Skills required:

  • Degree in Law. Practice of law in legal firms is considered a plus.
  • A previous experience in legal services for large organizations that include a legal department.

QUOTATION & PRICING INTERNSHIP

Contrat: INTERNSHIP - Full Time

Part of Sales Department the ideal candidate will support the Quotation & Pricing Manager with a focus on the improvement and use of pricing tool related to company ERP.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • To provide preliminary costing info working with Sales Manager and Operations
  • To validate costing with Project Managers after product development
  • To give support with statistical analysis (detail price building and stats with tracking file)
  • To support the creation and implementation of the pricing tool (Nail, Aerosol, New technologies) liaising with Chromavis and Fareva facilities.
  • To support the improvement of cost process.

Skills required:

  • Preferably degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or Mathematics. Different type and level of education will be evaluated

BD INTERNSHIP

  • To give support to the Business Development Team in market analysis of the region.

SUBCONTRACTING MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizational management and planning of productions performed at subcontractors.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director the job holder will be accountable for the following:

  • To supervise and coordinate the dedicated team in all daily activities and to be responsible for their training.
  • To cooperate with the Planning Manager in the analysis of the order portfolio and in the definition of the activities to be commissioned to subcontractors.
  • Once the external packaging guidelines have been defined, to verify the outsourced production plan according to saturation of the various suppliers.
  • To supervise the outsourced production process and to monitor its proper progress.
  • To manage and maintain relationships with suppliers.
